Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed, please allow 1–3 business days for processing and dispatch. Your order is considered shipped once it has been transferred to the carrier and is in transit to the delivery address provided at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time

Our average delivery time is 7–12 business days, depending on your location and external factors such as customs clearance or seasonal demand. Some regions may experience slightly longer transit times.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please check your spam or promotions folder if you don’t see it in your inbox.

Order Changes & Address Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is correct at the time of purchase.

  • If an order is shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error, a reshipment can be arranged once the package is returned to us.
  • If the carrier is unable to deliver your package and requests pickup at their facility, it is the customer’s responsibility to collect the package.
  • Address changes after an order is placed can only be requested within 24 hours of purchase.

Delivery Delays

While we work hard to ship orders on time, delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, including:

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • We also recommend contacting the carrier directly to submit a claim.
  • In some cases, after reviewing the situation, we may be able to offer additional support or a replacement order.

Important: SeraSleep is not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier that were not received by the customer.
